Unable to Move to Next Image During Labeling

Bug

Regardless of the number of images, when I try to move to the next image after labeling the first one during the labeling process following image upload, it shows as loading at the top but eventually does not proceed to the next image. Checking the log in DevTool, the following error log is displayed:
'Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 429 ()'
I've confirmed the same issue on Google Chrome, Bing, and mobile as well.
