Create a preferences pane in the System Preferences.

The main purpose of creating preferences pane in system preferences insead of default app settings is this request

Hide from menu bar request #8

Possible pane options:

Open at system startup
Allow notifications from Device change notification #11
Classic/New style select option macOS Big Sur look and feel #13
Show or hide from menu bar
