Hi,
I'm a packager of a distro and I would like to kindly ask if you could create a new git release tag? Would be awesome to see an official update since 2015 :)

cheers

Well, last time I was doing most of my work on this repo, I was planning to finally implement streaming and do a new release etc.. but then life got in the way.

But you're right, I'm going to take some time off my other projects and get a release out, even if it's without streaming for now.

Many, if not most, of your downstream consumers who install from OS-provided packages are using vimpager from more than 5 years ago, because that's the last time a release was made. Vimpager of today is a much faster and more modern experience, but those users will never know it until Vimpager cuts a new release.

I echo @anthraxx in urging you to tag a new release. Releases don't need to be perfect, only better than the last one :-)
