Filter by console when selecting cover art via Games Database

When selecting cover art via Games Database, results include all Delta supported consoles. A more appropriate default would be to show matches for only the console associated with game file (as established by the file name suffix). An option could then be provided to expand the search to all Delta supported consoles. This will provide a simpler and faster means of selecting and associating appropriate cover art.
