pyocd - at end of debug session the probe thinks it's still connected #33

check how pyocd ends its session.

Nevertheless actually no problem for debugging because on start of the next session a disconnect takes place.

But RTT output cannot be obtained because there is no "DAPv2 disconnect target"

This is a pyocd bug, see pyocd/pyOCD#1531
