Setup Reef-Pi 6.0 pi0 or pi3

Just set up a new raspberry with legacy lite 32bit. After installing the dpkg, reefpi is not starting up by itself. I had to run systemctl enable reef-pi and systemctl start reef-pi. Does not matter if its an pi3 or pi0 (with the corresponding package)
