Using linking prop with protected routes

I am configuring an app to handle links as described here: https://reactnavigation.org/docs/configuring-links
The app has protected routes, meaning that if the user is logged out the navigation routes are different from the ones that exists when the user is logged in. Something like:

!isAuth ? <LogIn /> : <ProtectedScreens />

Things I've tried:

• Passing a single config that matches the "Logged in route". This results in a warning: WARN The navigation state parsed from the URL contains routes not present in the root navigator. This usually means that the linking configuration doesn't match the navigation structure.
  when the user is not logged in because the screen that the url is gonna deep link to are not there yet. This works fine if the user is already logged in.
• Passing a config that is dependent on the route present. i.e. one for the "Logged out route" and one for the "Logged in route". This results in no routing at all as when the user logs in. i.e. nothing happens.

Is there a way to handle protected routes linking when using the linking prop?

Found the solution myself tho it could probably be added to the docs. Rendering two navigation containers did the trick
