Upgrade Expo version for Expo demo

Explain what you did

Currently getting incompatible version of Expo Go error when trying to preview the demo.
Project uses expo 47 but my Expo Go installation requires v49 or v50.

Try to open demo project with current Expo Go version.

Besides the demo not working in Expo Go, the link to the demo (https://expo.dev/@rneui/react-native-elements) also shows a warning:
