Since Windows 11 Version 24H2 is coming later this year, it now requires a CPU with the instruction "POPCNT".
The current Windows 11 Insider builds from the canary channel require this "POPCNT" instruction, in order for Windows 11 Version 24H2 to boot.

I may add this in the future but all "supported" CPUs listed by Microsoft support this feature.
