Windows10 Launch Error

Environment: Win10 HomeEdition 64bit ver. 18363.1440
Discription: Use admin privilege and install to location: User/AppData/Local/Programs/Streamdownloader, first launch showing:
Fatal error detected
Failed to execute script_main_

I forgot to add the Windows compatible version to GitHub. I'm going to do so in a few minutes.
There's also an installer, if you'd like, on SourceForge, but it requires disabling the antivirus (compiled python programs are automatically detected as virus on most antivirus softwares):

I've download the latest installer and the error occurs again, both installers from the sites on github and sourceforge show the same error, need your review and test, tx!

I have only just got access to a Windows computer. It seems that the problem is in the installation folder - create a directory called "media" and move icon.ico and database.db into that folder.
