Migrating Raspibolt from Raspberry Pi4 to Pi5

Hi all, is it possible to migrate my Raspibolt (currently on a Pi4 to a Pi5?

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any Instructions or at least confirmation that it works.

This is also a issue issued for Raspiblitz and not Raspibolt!
