First up, huge props to everyone here for the awesome work on Radix UI! It’s really inspiring to see what you’re all creating.
I've been diving into how different libraries like Shadcn UI, Spartan NG/Angular, and Radix-vue are approaching the headless ui design patterns, and it got me thinking. What if we could use Web Components to build framework-neutral primitives? That way, maybe we could share them across these libraries, regardless of the framework. Or maybe there is potential for a project outside of Radix that implements this and takes inspiration from the work you do here.
I know Radix is mostly about React, but I'd love to hear your thoughts or any advice you have on this. I’m guessing there are some tricky bits, like managing state or maybe some hiccups with performance when slotting? Just some stuff I’ve run into in my research.
Thanks for any insights you can share, looking forward to hearing what you think!
