Are there plans to publish an emoca image on Dockerhub?

I'd love to use emoca for my school project but I've spent the past couple of days trying - unsuccessfully - to install it. I've tried Windows, Docker (on Windows and Ubuntu), and Ubuntu. I've run into various issues along the way, which I can dive into deeper, but was wondering if there are any plans to publish an emoca image on Dockerhub so people can use the library right away?
