Facilitator Times

If the book has a facilitator indicated for the next cohort, and that facilitator has chosen times, only show their times to non-facilitators.

Make sure the facilitator themself still has the option of adding more times.

I think instead we should put a border around facilitator-chosen times. That way people can still show the facilitator alternative times that they would prefer. That will be helpful for multi-facilitator cohorts as well; I can even shade it by the number of facilitators that have chosen it.
