QZ was prevented from modifying apps (MacOS Ventura)

When QZ attempts to write to /Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/Resources/distribution/policies.json 'Privacy & Security' blocks the action and displays the following popup

The change to firefox is still made though by the seemingly redundant /Library/Preferences/org.mozilla.firefox.plist feature. Perhaps if the policies.json doesn't work on MacOS we should just skip it to avoid the notification.

@Vzor- I think it's sane to remove this policy for Firefox versions that no longer need it. What I'm having a hard time finding is when the cutover from policies.json to the default write occured.
