Self-signed server certificate not trusted in flatpak #217
Comments
Well, to prevent man in the middle, we cannot loosen the requirements for the cert, and flatpak sandboxing prevents the host certificates from being read, except through p11kit. So, to fix this, we would either need to implement p11kit support, or have a checkbox "ignore ssl warnings" (though this would be at risk of man in the middle). |
(On a side note, the easier fix would be using a letsencrypt signed cert) |
Will using the regular version fix the problem? (Non-flatpak version) |
I am using custom port and selfsigned cert. Official bitwarden client works fine
