Unable to install zipline in window, tried with Python versions - 3.6, 3.5 and 3.7

Dear Zipline Maintainers,

Unable to install Zipline in windows machine.

Environment

• Operating System: (Windows Version 10.0.19044)
• Python Version: 3.5 3.6 ,3.7 and 3.9
• How did you install Zipline: pip install zipline

Description of Issue

Unable to install Zipline in windows machine, the set up build tools are failing continously and hence couldnt finish the installation

Here is how you can reproduce this issue on your machine:

Reproduction Steps

1. pip install zipline
2. check the set up builds getting installed in the command prompt

What steps have you taken to resolve this already?
have tried with different versions of python such as python 3.5, 3.6,3.7 and 3.9 expecting this is some compatibility issue
