I have the mouseover timer set to 5 seconds but things will still pop up instantly when I mouse over them briefly, and often I will switch to another tab and a video in the background tab will start playing for no apparent reason. Consider closing all popups if the tab is backgrounded, or at least muting audio.

Nightly 125.0.2, Linux/xorg
