Error when running from installer on Windows

qTox version: 1.17.6
Hash: 54345d1
toxcore version: 0.2.13
Qt version: 5.12.12

Reproducible: Didn't try as it would require uninstalling and reinstalling

Steps to reproduce

1. Install on Windows using installer
2. Leave checkbox to run when finished checked in installer on last step
3. Click finish, get error
4. Run qTox from Start Menu and it runs fine

Observed Behavior

Error instead of launching

Expected Behavior

Launch without error

Had a friend install this so we could try it out and he had the same thing happen.
