crash after accepting the call when using libvpx7

Reproducible: Always

Steps to reproduce

1. Compile with libvpx7 (as by default on latest Ubuntu)
2. Run qTox (everything seems fine)
3. Start Audio/Video call with friend
4. upon accepting the call, qTox crashes unexpectedly (always)

Observed Behavior

qTox crashes unexpectedly

Expected Behavior

qTox continue and proceed to establish Audio/Video call

Additional Info

This seems to related to new libvpx7 as this happens right after Ubuntu update where there was libvpx6 before and in the new version there is libvpx7.
