Присутствует такая строчка:

vk_session.method("messages.send", {"chat_id": id, "message": 'testing...', "attachment":'doc508679430_650064261', "random_id": 0})

Но, несмотря на то, что документ существует, бот его не прикрепляет в сообщении.
