Describe the bug

When trying to search for anything I get the error

To Reproduce

Search for anything with any instance

Expected behavior

  • OS: MacOS 14.4.1
  • Terminal: Kitty
  • Ytfzf version: git-2051.a67ba26
  • Output of readlink $(which sh):
  • (if is a thumbnail issue) run ytfzf --thumbnail-log=log.txt and post the file:

Additional context

My internet is pretty bad so that could be causing issues, but for the moment everything still works except for ytfzf

Unfortunately it looks like the script wont work for the foreseeable future, this bug happens no matter where or how I test it. I would love to fix this myself considering the project isn't maintained anymore, but I just don't know that level of shell script.

Looks like this old version on Fedora COPR still works somehow:

You guys should try doing ytfzf --rii to refresh your cached invidious instances.

You can also try invidious_instance=<working-instance> ytfzf search

Try https://vid.lilay.dev as the instance.

I can't reproduce your guys' issue.

Well this is weird, I've been using that old version from the COPR for a while, but now that I tested the latest again, the bug is gone.
