Error exporting the report #464

Describe the bug
I am unable to download the Report even after Reviewer approval.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'audit' tab
Click on 'DownloadReport'
See error
Error message: "Can't find end of central directory : is this a zip file ?"

Expected behavior
I would like you to export the report.

Screenshots

Environment (please complete the following information):

Browser: Chrome and Firefox

Any help on this issue?

Do you have any stack traces in the console for the backend ?

This has come up in the past (#373), but I am currently unable to reproduce the issue.
