How to number issues sequentially?

For each vulnerability in my report I am looking for a way to number my issues sequentially, for example:

Vuln-001 - SQL Injection
Vuln-002 - Stored Cross Site Scripting
Vuln-003 - No Account lockout

Currently when I use {identifier} - {title} it is calling the numbers from the DB which may look odd to someone reading the report:

IDX-006 - SQL Injection
IDX-007 - Stored Cross Site Scripting
IDX-004 - No Account lockout

Any help would be much appreciated
