Overflow of the elements when a school name is long and does not have a logo

Describe the bug

• If a school does not have a logo, the school name is rendered as a placeholder in many places. For example, in navbar if the school name is too long, it will cause overflow of the nav causing overlap with below elements.

The same can happen in other places on the admin side.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make sure the school does not have a logo( Maybe in dark mode) and the school name is long
2. Visit the dashboard and other pages on the school used by students.
3. You should notice the navbar overlap with the below elements.

Expected behavior
It should not overflow and be responsive and also check for other places on admin side.
