Issue details

Currently, the breadcrumbs of all registry packages does not include an "owner" of the package. It would be helpful to discern between Pulumi owned packages and non-Pulumi owned packages, such as Pulumiverse. This is not a huge deal today as the large majority of the packages are owned by Pulumi.

Affected area/feature

As more community or non-Pulumi owned providers become part of our ecosystem the importance of discerning when something is Pulumi owned or not becomes more important. We should consider adding the package "owner" to the breadcrumb of the package. Would also be nice to be able to search for packages by the owner. Eg- search for all Pulumi owned packages or all Pulumiverse owned packages.

Eg- this is a pulumiverse owned provider. Pulumiverse is listed in the upper right card as the owner, but doesn't appear anywhere in a breadcrumb.
