Issue details

I would like to restore this page: https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-hugo/blob/80a3c43b09c4e542bfeafb9b5e4afdd377646dab/themes/default/content/community/developer-advocates/_index.md

the URL should be pulumi.com/community/community-engineering rather than /developer-advocates
The sub community engineer pages should be linked to and displayed here.
Then we should link the page to "Meet us IRL" https://www.pulumi.com/community/
