It looks like your template(s) are being automatically ignored/excluded from your scan. I'd recommend taking a look at our guide on excluded tags and templates here - which should hopefully help clarify why it's being excluded.

Hey @lolminerxmrig try the below which should work for you:

nuclei -id ssh-default-logins -list H:\1\test\1\1.txt -o H:\1\test\1\1-1.txt -stats

Lets work with the Linux system.

1. Are you able to verify the ~/nuclei-templates folder exists?
2. Are you running Nuclei inside a docker container or running it from source?
3. Try running the command with the -debug flag and send the output here
4. Can you send the output for nuclei -hc?

Could you try adding the -code flag since its a code template?

If that doesn't work I feel this is related to an existing bug in Nuclei here. Might be worth linking this discussion with that issue.
