bank import uses wrong amount when amount is over 999 and has no decimal places

Hey everyone!
I imported our banking transactions today. In the .csv are two numbers above 999.
They are -4.441,08 and -3.621.
Both are not automatically connected to any order, so i see them on the pretix site, where i can connect them to orders manually.
-4.441,08 is shown in the right way.
-3.621 on the other hand is shown as -3,62 €, which is a small difference. ;-)
I remember also having this with an transaction which was automatically connected with an order and i had to fix the payment manually.
I guess this is just a bug?

I´m using pretix 2024.3.0 installed like described in the small-environment docker doc.
The encoding of the .csv file comming from the bank is UTF-8-BOM.
Currency is €, but there is no €-sign within the amount in the .csv file.

Let me know, if i can provide any more details, test something or even maybe fix it on my own.
