This changeset covers most of the features supported by CSS selectors.
As part of implementing ASTQuery, created two constructor functions
NewTerminal() and NewNonTerminal() functions.

First cut implementation is finished. ASTQuery is now in usable state, may be it is time to explore and document different ways of using ASTQuery on syntax-trees. Will keep this task open to track future activities around ASTQuery.
