Internal Server Error

google analytics works as expected. however, when I inspect my page, I see a Failed to load resource: Internal Server Error of this link "http://www.MY-DOMAIN.com/djga/google-analytics/?&tracking_code=MY-GA_ID&p=%2F"

Why? and how can I fix it?

Can't see the error message in the server side. But this is in access log:
