Can't locate error after installation

That sounds like it isn't installed. How did you install it?

locallib perl -MCPAN -e 'CPAN::install(Paws)

Can't say I've ever tried that one, however I guess it didn't, try looking for a log or turning up the verbosity? Or looking for the Paws files where you expect them to have been installed?

After Installation getting this below error
