0.45 is not indexed on CPAN

https://metacpan.org/release/JLMARTIN/Paws-0.45 shows the distribution name in grey and there's a "fast forward" button which links to version 0.44 --- both are indicators that 0.45 is not indexed properly.

Is this project dead? The CPAN index is still broken there's no reply to most outstanding issues.

There was a commit on August 2nd, so hopefully not completely dead :)
