Level app suggestions regarding Squelch & Beep #2138

Description of the feature you're suggesting.

I propose adding a Squelch setting to the Level app when in NFM mode.

Also, if Beep is only supported in Spec mode then I propose hiding the "Bip>" option when in other modes to make that more obvious to the user.
