ARPS - Transmit only Callsign and channel fields, but nothing other like body of message

Describe the bug.

Trying to send message on 144.800 or 144.390 with CallSign and Info Field filled custom. And trying to recieve it with OpenWebRx. But see only Source Callsign and channel number. I think it is a bug, and i should to see full string with destination and Info Field.

Reproduction

1. Select APRS TX on hackerf
2. Fill all fields
3. Press Start Button
4. See recived data in any other sofware like OpenWebRX

Expected behavior

1 Getting all of inputed data
