Ability to load HAM freq pair into Microphone app

FreqMan supports HAM radio TX/RX frequency pairs, but there seems to be no way to load them into the Microphone app.

When a HAM radio TX/RX frequency pair is selected in the Microphone app (by clicking on the TX or RX frequency field and selecting the "Load" option and picking a HAM radio frequency pair), I would like to see both the TX and RX fields populated according to the frequency pair that was selected. Currently only the one field is updated.

In the microphone application, do you receive reception in VOX mode? when I check the vox box, RX stops working, or vice versa, I press RX, VOX turns off. The behavior is not normal.

I don't like this limitation either (that's one of the enhancement suggestions I proposed in #1542) , but that's the way it works currently and is documented that way in the Wiki: https://github.com/portapack-mayhem/mayhem-firmware/wiki/Microphone-Transceiver
