Create Workflows in the WebUI

The WebUI should allow you to create a workflow (paste in or write code into a textbox) that loads and saves the workflow (to the workflows folder specified in the config.toml).

This would allow you to create new workflows and load them without having to restart porla.

Alternatively another way to accomplish this would be to allow a reload of the whole workflows folder once porla has started.

That would allow the use of their preferred editor to create workflows and you could delete or rename them with .ignore endings to remove or disable them.
