[FR] Add support for Postgres as an alternat to SQLite

Title says it all, most app's are now moving to add postgres as an alternative to SQLite so would be really nice.

Plus can add a major performance boost

Probably not really, but additionally, it would be nice if we can store the original torrent file as standalone file instead of part of the sqlite db.
