Some of the calls to display graphs, ...like show_svg(), hang Jupyter, at least on Windows

pip install --upgrade "kaleido==0.1.*" seems to be a workaround. This workaround was described in #335 (comment).

I would suggest the package install kaleido (at least on windows).
