add Pokémon names in Italian, Turkish & Portguese

While other languages can be used for Pokémon names when catching, the official names in Italian, Turkish & Portuguese are not included.
Just like Spanish, the names only differ from English for Type: Null, Paradox Pokémon, and alternate forms. This means there aren't too many names that would need to be added.

Describe the solution you'd like.
I would like Italian, Turkish & Portuguese names to be added for Type: Null and the Paradox Pokémon.

As of time of writing, the official names for №s 1009-1010 & 1020-1023 have not yet been revealed in Turkish. Only №s 1020-1023 are unrevealed in Portuguese. EDIT: remaining Portuguese names were revealed, added to table.
