Badges Revamp

1. Add 2 or 3 quest lines that upgrades your badge every time you complete a quest in the line. For example you earn the badge at 5k caught, when you hit 10k caught the badge you earned at 5k caught could change like for example a normal Pokeball can be upgraded to a great ball. This badge line would end at 100k caught where your badge could be a master ball, or even the be the GS ball from the games and the anime
   We already have emotes that could be used for the badges.

2. There could also be a new way to see badges, we could have command like for example p!badges that would show 8 all your badges, it could look something like this but instead of cards it the badge pngs. It could even be in the style of a gym badge case like in the anime. We could also have a way to show the information about said badge, you could do p!badge info 1 and it would show an enlarged png of the badge and show info of how it was earned and when it was earned (if possible).
