inconsistent behavior on when pock or the default touchbar shows up

Describe the bug
depending on if the macbook goes to lock screen, gets closed(sleeps), and whether the lock screen touchbar was interacted with before login, pock would either keep its previous state of show vs default touch bar (as it should) or show the default touchbar regardless

How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. have pock shown on touchbar
2. lock macbook
3. login
4. default bar shown (should be pock)

or

1. have pock shown
2. sleep macbook
3. interact with lock screen touchbar
4. login
5. default bar shown (should be pock)

Expected behavior
pock shown in those conditions

Additional context
have not tested with system restart, might do that later
