I find myself distracted every time I see any text on the top left of the screen, such as: "[sponsorblock] skipping sponsor".
I would love to get rid of the text indicating what chapter is skipped.
Is it possible to add an option of indication decided by "true" or "false"?

Add option to hide OSD message

returns an empty string whenever the option "osd_text_show" is
set to false

I've just submitted a PR (#45) adding this feature in case this is of any help.
You can pull this branch and set the osd_text_show option to false if you want to hide the text.
