Combined Storage for Persist middleware (e.g. party URL hash, partly localstorage)

Hey, for my project I made a custom storage that takes two partialize function and two PersistStorages and save some value two the one and some to the other storage. I use it so that I can save UI related value to URL hash and other values to localstorage. This allows using the browser history and sharing urls.

its used like this:

})

I feel that could be useful for others as well. What are your thoughts?
