User report:
MacBook Pro reports eGPU as
Intel(R) Iris(TM) Graphics 550
whilst stating Chrome / Firefox is using the eGPU.https://webglreport.com/?v=1 also reports

so it might be related to Apple not reporting the correct PCI or Chrome / Firefox are not actually using the eGPU.Should report as
