mail service is going to be removed in v2.1.0.

For a temporary workaround you can check out these discussions:

And depending on your setup, you might not need mail service at all.

I fixed this issue by swapping out the mail image for this one https://github.com/sverzegnassi/docker-smtp. It works and this image is a fork of the original mail image with an updated debian base that is also built for x86 and arm64.
