"Low Impact" & "High Impact" is confusing for first-time users for the form.

It can sound like "Good" (+1) and "Best" (+2) instead of "got worse" (-1) and "got better" (+1). It might be clearer for first-timer users if we rephrased this to something like "Impact: Better" And "Impact: Worse", which is consistent with the description in the readme.
