Happens to me too

After I connect an external monitor through a thunderbolt port, the app stops working properly. Either the trackpad or the mouse wheel scroll in the wrong direction.
Usually it happens after using the MacBook without the secondary monitor for some time, and then connect it to the external monitor. But it doesn't happen all the time.
Enabling and disabling the app doesn't fix this. The only solution is to close the app and open it again.

This is how I have it configured:

I'm running the 1.8.1 (10490) on MacOS 12.1 (Macbook Pro 14 2021)
The external monitor I connect to is the LG 34WK95U
