Множество проблем совместимости, перенести быстро не получится.

Из самого видного: не заработали графики.

А тем временем уже доступен extjs 6.5 : http://examples.sencha.com/extjs/6.5.0/examples
Хорошо бы проверить, насколько он совместим с текущей версией и много ли придется переделывать.

Насколько необходим переход на новую версию?
Из плюсов - поддержка тача из коробки (возможно pda версия бухгалтерии не понадобится)
