I have two torrents right now that have 70 and 190 seeds, which is unusual so only in this case I am noticing this behavior, and pico torrent is consuming an entire vCPU. Thankfully it is single-trheaded application, otherwise it would take another vCPU. It seems that the connections it is making are not well optimised and are consuming a lot of computing power(which makes no sense for downloading files from the network).
